APU Video Games Mini Museum

APU has also launched Malaysia’s first university-curated, publicly accessible Video Games Mini Museum.
This unique collection showcases iconic milestones in video games history, including the Magnavox Odyssey - the world’s first commercially released home video game console - as well as the legendary Atari 2600 and its various iterations. Visitors can also explore a complete lineup of Nintendo consoles spanning generations from 1977 to 2006 including Game Arcade.
More than just a display, this initiative reflects APU’s commitment to blending historical context, industry relevance, and experiential learning. It offers both students and the public a chance to engage with the technological, cultural, and social evolution of video games.
Step into the past, relive your childhood, and experience the journey of games innovation over the years - right here at APU’s world-class campus.
