The session featured a series of engaging and thought-provoking talks that offered participants fresh perspectives on managing and growing their businesses effectively.

The discussions centred on practical financial management, the importance of innovation in driving profitability, and the mindset needed to sustain long-term business success.

The session also highlighted the value of strategic planning, digital adaptation, and continuous learning as key pillars for business scalability.

Participants were encouraged to embrace data-driven decision-making, explore new market opportunities, and leverage collaboration as a means to expand their reach.

For the next part of the session, participants engaged in a series of practical, hands-on activities such as Spring Board Financial Literacy Game; a fun yet insightful exercise that helped participants understand cash flow management, as well as group activities focused on creating innovative products and learning the essentials of taxation for small businesses.

These activities were not just informative, but also empowering, helping participants translate theory into real-world entrepreneurial applications.

Paving the way forward

The session proved to be more than just a learning activity; it was an empowering experience that equipped the participants with the essential knowledge, practical tools, and confidence to strengthen their entrepreneurial mindset.

Participants walked away with a deeper understanding of how to manage finances effectively, innovate strategically, and make informed decisions that drive long-term growth.

This collaborative initiative between QF4 Tech Asia and APU’s DIGITGAL stands as a strong example of how partnerships between academia and community organisations can create meaningful impact.
