Say No to Drugs! - Drugs Awareness Campaign at APU

On the 18th of December 2014 (Thursday), the APU Student’s Safety & Security Committee organised the Drug Awareness Campaign, as part of its annual prevention programme to educate and create awareness among all students and staffs of APU.

This programme was supported by the Cheras District Police Station, Narcotic & Public Affairs Department. Officers were stationed at the booth to share and educate members of APU. Through the campaign, members of APU gained further understanding about the types of drugs available in the market, consequences of drug abuse, legal implications and other useful information which were important to establish awareness towards preventing drug abuse.

The campaign was held from 10:00am until 5:00pm at the Foyer, APU Campus @ TPM.
